As Founder and Principal of Vinci Creative LLC, I lead and work with teams on program evaluation, executive search and human resources, board development, and social inclusion programs and projects for nonprofits and other NGOs and international organizations.

I offer expertise in the following areas:
Program Evaluation: I can provide a range of services from an audit of your organization’s current evaluation work and recommendations for improvement to a full-scale impact evaluation and report.
Community-Engaged Research: In my evaluation work, I use a variety of community-engaged strategies including arts-based evaluation, community visioning exercises, and data walks that create space for communities to inform the programs that impact them directly.
Facilitation: I can provide workshops and trainings for teams. In the past I have developed and led trainings on trauma-informed care in English and Haitian Kreyol, on trauma-informed mentorship, program evaluation, mindfulness in mentoring, social justice careers and more.
Strategic Planning and Organizational Development: I can provide strategic planning services for nonprofits looking to discern their mission, vision, values and prioritize strategies to achieve their work over the short to medium term.
Human Resources Work: As an Executive Search Specialist with Nonprofit Talent I offer support for Executive Searches in the Pittsburgh area exclusively through Nonprofit Talent. I have also worked with a number of boards to lead board development with a focus on diversity, inclusion and equity. In my management work I have developed job descriptions, management frameworks, and performance evaluation tools for teams.
Testimonials
“This relationship and the ways you push me and the suggestions you make and the vocabulary you use reminds me things exists out there (like theory of change), this is some of the best professional development I’ve ever been able to have access to in years.” -Pittsburgh Nonprofit Executive Director
“Rachel made the evaluation process, which can be very intimidating, easy and user friendly.” -Former Client
“I hired Rachel as the lead program evaluator on a national research study I commissioned for Hello Neighbor. Rachel’s professionalism went above and beyond. She was always prepared for calls, fastidious in her research and reporting and wonderful to work with. I hired her again to lead a session and train Executive Directors from all over the country who work with refugees on best practices in program evaluation. If you ever have the chance to work with Rachel, run don’t walk! I recommend her 1000%.” -Sloane Davidson, Founder and CEO of Hello Neighbor
