I can provide a range of services from an overview of your organization’s current evaluation work and recommendations for improvement to a full-scale impact evaluation and report.
I can provide workshops and training sessions for you and your team. I have developed and led sessions on Trauma-Informed Care, Sharing Your Data Story, Program Evaluation 101, Mindfulness in Mentoring, and instructional sessions on creating theory of change models, running focus groups, and using Excel to analyze data.
In my evaluation work I use a variety of innovative community-engagement strategies including arts-based evaluation, visioning exercises, and data walks that create space for communities to provide input and drive design and iterative improvement.

Hello Neighbor National Refugee Organization Impact Index
In 2019, I worked with Hello Neighbor to design a national impact study to determine the perceived impact of refugee support organizations from volunteers and refugees.
UNDP Analysis of SDGs related to Gender Equity
In 2018, I worked with the United Nations Development Programme in Bangkok as a Junior Consultant on the Gender Team to analyze country-level progress on Sustainable Development Goal indicators related to gender equality. I visualized and shared data with 36 country offices.
“I hired Rachel as the lead program evaluator on a national research study I commissioned for Hello Neighbor. Rachel’s professionalism went above and beyond. She was always prepared for calls, fastidious in her research and reporting and wonderful to work with. I hired her again to lead a session and train Executive Directors from all over the country who work with refugees on best practices in program evaluation. If you ever have the chance to work with Rachel, run don’t walk! I recommend her 1000%.”
Sloane Davidson, Founder of Hello Neighbor
“Rachel made the evaluation process, which can be very intimidating, easy and user friendly.”
